I checked my account as I normally do and found a charge for $30.00 which I did not authorize and do not know who these people are. I have the phone number so I started calling on 8/2/12 spoke with Sam (did not give id#)but gave me cancelation #.On 8/8/12 @ 12:27pm I spoke with Sarah ID#506 stated to wait 15 biz days. I spoke with Eugene who said funds should be back in my account;on 8/13/12@11:19 spoke with Steven id# 396 who started telling me the same thing to wait 3-5 biz days so I asked for a supervisor, at 11:25 I spoke with Sandra who stated she was a supervisor, she stated my funds would be in my account by 8/17/12(NOTHING)on 8/17/12 @ 12:53pm I spoke with Ann id#255 who stated funds would hit my account in 1 hour and to call back after checking my account around 2:30pm(NOTHING), so I called back at 3:09 on 8/17/12 spoke with a Joan id#210 who just said to check my account later, well at 5:01pm I called again and spoke with Maria id#228 who stated my refund was processed on 7/27/12 yet I still have not received it.On 8/20/12 @ 9:22am I spoke with Mandy(didnt give id#) states just keep checking, 8/21/12 @ 10:13am spoke with Bryan(no id given)who put me on hold then kept disconnecting the call. On 8/24/12 @ 10:07 spoke with Ann id# 255 states give another 24-48 hours due to incorrect info on refund, the check was returned yet my bank never received anything. On 8/27/12@ 12:07 spoke with Jasmine id#029 who put me on hold hung up called back at 12:30 spoke with Ava id#248 states gives 3-5 biz days, on 8/31/12 @ 12:32pm spoke with Tamila Ortiz id# 256 gauranteed funds would be in my account by 9/4/12(NOTHING). On 9/4/12 @ 4:40pm Jay id# 322 states wait; on 9/6/12 @ 1:27pm spoke with Alice id # 355 I asked for supervisor, a gentleman said his name was Travis @ 1:50pm stated if my funds was not there to call back and ask for him and ofcourse now he's never there and I still do not have my refund. On 9/7/12 @ 11:17 on hold till 11:20 spoke with Jacob asked for Travisagain, he wasnt there so Sandra came on stating will put in for it to be expidited so I would have it by 5pm, at 6:03pm called back and spoke with BayAnn id# 093 who state give yet another 3-5 biz days. 9/11/12 4:00pm spoke with Hugo id# 495 again with the 3-5 biz days, and then today 9/13/12 @ 12:41 Veronica Hawkins id# 861 hung up on me I called back and spoe with Stoney id# 295 @ 12:53pm who stated the same wait 3-5 biz days. However, I did get the address and I have gotten an email from a [email protected] which stated to call the 866 number that was listed on the check.This company has caused my account to be in overdraft and cost me well over $200 which I cant afford being on disability. Can we get a class action suit? Is there anything we can do to get recoup our losses?Is there anyone out there to help??
