I purchaced several of these bangles on faith that it was .925 sterling silver and stamped as described by the seller. Only to find out that they were sterling silver plated! I purchased two bangles on seperate dates last December for $28.00 each. I became suspicious after I recently discoverd the same bangles from the seller for $20.00. I had placed an order for 5 more bangles but decided to closely inspect the two I had purchased before. My magnifyer did not show any stamp what so ever but I could see scratches which revealed a darker mixed metal underneath the sterling coating. I then placed a magnetic wand over the bangle but felt no gravity until I unscrewed the ball end of the bangle. I returned the 5 bangles recently purchased along with first two. However, Buckets of Beads is not honoring the return of the Dec purchase due to the expired return policy. I feel that my return should be accepted based on the FACT that I was mislead to by fake items, reguardless of how long it took me to discover it.
