This is not the exact date when it happen but is around the begining of july but like the other complaints I also order a tv from this wedside and and got nothing. They told me it would take 5 days, the 5 days pass and nothing so I contact them and they told me that they tv was being hold on the port where it was going to be ship to the U.S but that the taxes change and that I have to pay them 200 more dollars than the staring price or else the tv were going to be sell in a auction and I was going to lose the tv and that it wasn't going to be their fault so I paid. After that I took an other week to contact them and another problem happen supposedly the tv broke and that the were going to send a new one so I waited for another week. Then after two more weeks I contact them and they told me that they send the tv to a different address but that they were going to fix it. Another week and nothing so I contact them again an just like before they got another excuse telling me that they have to do a lot of paper work and that that was the reason why it was taking too long. Angry at this I accuse them of stealing and told them that I wanted my tv before September 15 or I was going to report them after that time pass again and since then I being trying to contact me online and all I get is, " hi can I help you " I ask always for my order number and they never answer back and till now there is no sight of any tv getting to my house, so I strongly recommend that this wedside must be eliminated from the interned and ask for anyone for help in doing it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEDSIDE. ! TOPELECNET!
