On 8/16/2011 I received an email at the personal email address stating that a monthly automatic recurring order of Resveratrol has been approved and will be shipping within the next 24 hours.

Upon receiving the email, I called the 800-505-3795 number and talked to a person who I assumed to be customer service representative, told them of this email and of the pending charge. Told them that I never made an order and wanted to make sure they cancelled it. The gentleman assured me that it was a mistake and that it was cancelled.

On 8/23/2011 my account was charged the $39.95!!! I called back Terneckhelp.com at the same number. I spoke to a female this time and told her my account had been charged and wanted it reversed immediately. She confirmed that her records showed that the order had been cancelled. She also went on to explain that they were a 'service' for the source company. She recommended that I deal with my bank to get the reversal.
