I was invited to a site by e-mail promising that I could get great discounts on new items by bidding at auction on ZBiddy. I looked and saw that I might be interested in some of the items.
ZBiddy asked for my credit card information and I gave it, believing that that was necessary before I could bid, s o that my potential purchases could be charged.
The way the system worked was not explained.
After giving my credit card information I was informed that I had purchased 25 bids although I did not understand what that meant (live auctions have nothing of the kind). I clicked on one item that was up for bid and then began to understand the system and what I apparently had purchased. There was no way on the site that I could find to cancel my order and get my money back. I do not want a membership in ZBiddy. I do not want to bid. I want my money back. Thankyou.

- I use Zbiddy along with Bidcactus. I can say that Zbiddy is better that Bidcactus.

- As with other penny auction websites, to place bids and win products on Zbiddy, you must first register and purchase a bid package. The requirement to purchase bids is explicitly stated on the website and in the terms and conditions. If you were unaware that you were purchasing bids when entering your credit card information and selecting a package level, a ZBiddy Customer Service agent is in place to assist you with your concerns and can be reached at 1-888-406-6509 Monday thru Saturday from 8am to 12am EST.
