lalaloot is a website that awards you spins or partial spins for visiting sponsor sites, downloading sponsor applications, taking surveys, and installing sponsor toolbars which allow you to play a virtual slot game that can win you real money. You must accumulate $20 before you can cash in and have a check mailed to you.
I have done all of the above but rarely am I awarded the spins to play the slots. I have been awarded $12 thus far but since I have not accumulated 1 spin even though I have fulfilled all of the required steps to earn the spins. I have contacted the company for every time I have not been awarded the spins and I received the same auto-email every time stating that I need to file the complaint to the offer wall provider I used for the survey. Even though almost every time I have not received the spins had nothing to do with a survey! I have replied to the emails, updated my tickets all explaining that this had nothing to do with a survey and never once has anyone gotten back to me. This site is nothing but a scam. They will not let you get to the $20.00 mark to receive your check. I have read online that this is a common problem with this company. They do not list a phone number or give you any way to contact them any other way other then opening a ticket, or sending them an email, neither of which you will get a personal response.

- I have followed all requests from LaLaLoot to contact them via their email, submitted my proof of actions on the offer wall, and I still am not receiving the spins or partial spins for my activity. They can sit and claim all day long that they are issuing thousands of dollars per week or what have you, but that does not change the fact that I am not receiving my spins. This company gives no option to call and discuss with them the issues I am having and the fact that I am doing all that is required of me and not receiving my spins. I have read MANY numerous stories of others having the exact same problems and the company always response the same way, show them proof that I have completed the activity and not receiving the spins. I have given them screenshots as well, they always refer to my situation as if I am not getting my spins from completing surveys, however, I am not taking the surveys because every time I try one, I am told I do not fit the demographic they are looking for. Therefore I am completing activities such as watching videos (most of them never play) and the others are to install programs when I am doing knowing full well they are full of malware and spyware and I am not sure how to prove Ive installed them. No matter which way you look at it, I am getting scammed by this company and I do not appreciate it. I would be happy to close my account but I have almost $13.00 leaving $7.00 before they will send me a check. I want the company to start owning these issues and not pushing the issue back on me to contact this company or that company. LaLaLoot needs to own and resolve these issues. Thanks!
