This company pretends to hold associations with Forest Industry, Reputable companies and businesses.
Mazsky Chateau Holdings International is complete scam they don't exist, there website says a fair bit www.mazskygroup.com there just average however they present some marvellous marketing material focused on a new building product CLT or Cross laminated Timber. They claim initially to be operating or building CLT factories across the world, canada, saudi arabia and so on.
They don't have any factories.
After deliberating with them for more than 1 year they asked for funds to be transferred to accounts in our country through a Money Transfer or MT 999, which is a unsecured money transfer that no right minded bank will accept.
They are lying, cheating, no good pieces of nothing that should think about the families and livelihood of others before entering into such nonsense.

I have read with great disappointment the comments that “ The Guy “ made about the Company known as “ Mazsky Chateau International Holding “. My Company ( Presidential Estates ) has been in operation for 34 years, and in that time we have dealt with many international and foreign Companies. Having personally met some of Mazskys’ directors on my latest trip to Lebanon, I can sincerely state that the professionalism that was shown, and the courteous manner given to me, was exemplary.
The contract negotiations were conducted in a professional manner, and signed off by all parties as per our verbal negotiations.
I would have no hesitations in conducting further business with this Company, or its Directors, in the near future.

These group of companies are operated by very clever individuals with a strong understanding of business law and contractual law. There is no doubt that any person that has the opportunity to sit with them will be subject to nothing but professionalism and continuous negotiations for the and only for the perception of legitimacy.
These companies are held and run by intelligent scam artists and are a complete con and pry on small to medium businessmen alike in 1st world countries.
Do not listen to anyone about these guys, look and listen to the facts, follow the facts, do your research, do more research and save yourself from falling for one of the more semi intelligent scams that are out there.
Research has recently shown that those more likely to fall into a scam such as this are at the end of the their working career, have run there own business and are looking for better ways in which to invest there money.
