I was solicted thru a help wanted email for a Personal Assistant. I answered it and was "hired". Shortly after I was mailed 7 post office money ordersfor 995.00 each to cash at my bank. I cashed three and ripped up the rest. Then I was instructed to send the money to Manila, Phillipines and I did as instructed. Know I owe my bank $2985.00.

  • Hi, I just receivede that same email from this same "professor" for the personal assistant position! I suspected it was a scam from the moment I opened it. I am glad I found your post! It looks so real but once you see the linkedin information its obvious that its not legitimate. I never give my personal information for this kind of unsolicited emails.
I wish you good luck and hope that you recover your money soon. Thanks for your posting.
