The financial aid officer at the College of New Rochelle stated that a voucher that was issued to a student for books is not reimbursable in cash of unused monies. Although the voucher is credited against the student's financial aid. Previously and currently students obtain the voucher and use a limited amount of money from the voucher to obtain the balance of the voucher. In addition, owed monies from working work study was paid after several months in the form of cash in an envelope.
