received a canon camera/w bundle package, all i wanted was the basic camera, when i inquired to return camera, i was inform i had to get an rma, it took me about three calls to get an rma, i finally received, i then was informed i had thirty days to return merchandise, received rma some time in 24 may, they never told me i had 14 days to return back rma plus the shipping cost, i already knew about the 189.00 restocking fee, i had told them i just wanted the camera if they would take back the bundles, they said no since they put everything in a bundle package, but that was not my original order that i had placed over the internet, it was changed when they called me about the order and that their was something wrong, the associate informed me that i needed all these things, i don't know much about cameras, i went ahead with the bundles that he had recomended. Now i submitted a dispute with my credit card company and they can not do anything since i still have the merchadise and unable to return it to them since i can no longer get in contact with them
