The company offered FREE samples of a 30 day supply of workout supplements Ultra force and Muscle eXtreme via an add on Facebook. The Facebook add also offered a discount code reducing the shipping and handling costs from $8.95 to $2.50 per unit. The add stated the reason the product was free was because of their certainty of return customers and the spread of the product by testimonials of trial members such as myself. After carefully reading the entire Facebook page and certain that it was a legit offer I clicked the link to place my order. I used my credit card to pay the $2.50 s/h per unit which was the only costs mentioned anywhere on the add. Ten days after I received the products my bank notified me that there were possible fraudulent activities occurring on my account and after speaking to a fraud division agent, she notified me that the company Ultra force had tried to deduct money from my account 14 times before noon. I called the company and they stated they sent me a 30 day supply of pills to use for 10 days and decide whether or not I wanted to keep it and after 10 days if I had not cancelled my order and or sent them back the pills along with a $15.00 restocking fee they would automatically deduct $79.95 every month along with sending me a new supply of pills. The representative I spoke with for Ultra force said there is a terms and conditions tab on the link I was directed to from the Facebook add describing the actual “deal” and sure enough the smallest font on the entire page was indeed the terms and conditions tab but since I thought the page was strictly for ordering information, I neglected to scan it with my magnifying glass. Because I forcefully explained the situation to the rep he said I have 5 days to send back the pills or the bill will be put into collections and since I am underemployed, living paycheck to paycheck, I was unable to pay for the s/h a second time along with the $15.00 restock fee within the allotted 5 days.
