On 13th July I paid £2707.69 to Magnet Ltd, Balham branch for a fitted kitchen units.
The units were delivered to my address on 6th Aug. Unfortunately my builder was not here to check if everything was there. He let me down completely, so I had to call another builder.
It turned out that 3 small end panels (code16311905, and one 16312009) were missing. I drove to the branch office and reported it on 17th Aug. My salesperson, Kerry Achord was not authorised to replace the missing panels, since the manager was not present, and I had to pay £71.82 for something ,which had already been paid for on 13th July.Another employee butted into our conversation and was very rude to me, accusing me of lying, or not knowing what I was talking about, as "customers often think ....." I reported the incident to the manager, who was back on Monday. He told me that it was up to the original builder, who ordered the units with me,so I wrote to him, but with no result. I feel that it is unfair that I was made to pay twice for the same material.
