I received a phone call from these guys saying they had government funding available to me for free, but I would have to pay a 4.95 fee. I asked for information as to where the funds were coming from (as I am a government employee) and their representative asked me for my debit card number. I stated clearly I wasn't giving that information out until I understood clearly what I was paying for and got some information on how the "program" worked. He then asked me "Do you an't your f***ing money or not?" and proceeded to abruptly hang up. Definitely something not quite right here.
