I was disembarked from the ship for a common health problem that was instantly resolved at the local hospital. When the hospital Dr. notified the ship's Dr. that I was fine and able to return on board, I was denied re-embarkation and was given no reason for this. I was not notified further by any medical staff on board and consequently had to come home after only 3 days of a 14 day cruise. When I applied for re-imbursement from Holland America for the unused vacation, they refused.In spite of my continuing pressure to rectify this injustice, they refused and so they have virtually taken my money while providing NO service or product..
