Good afternoon,

Approximately 2 years ago May 2008 I had spine surgery, I was off work for 3 months so I condidered joining this book club. They sent me a couple books. In in the paper work they sent me it said if you do not want to take advantage of this offer simply return the books and the only cost to me was the intial $5.95 they put on my charge. After receiving them I was not interested and sent the books back. I never received any other correspondence from that point until 06/16/2011 when my card was charged. How can they do this without sending a bill? If they claim they sent me statements I would like for them to prove this and provide them to me so I am able to see them. I am worried this company will charge my card again. I want them to refund what they have taken and close this account as I thought it already was.

  • I was charged 72.96 also from them without my permission. The only thing different from your story is i have never ordered anything from them EVER. I demanded a refund and informed my bank of what happened so they can help also.
