Complaint 150327 Details Scan your bills for fraud
- Date Occurred: 08/23/2012
- Reported Damages: $0.00
I received a letter from a stamped signed signature Franklin Bell, President, Federated Allocation Bureau (FAB), 3280 Sunrise Highway, PMB 63, Wantagh, NY 11793-4024. The envelope came from Paradise, NV 89119 which is near McCarran Airport.
The letter (with bar code number, secured transaction release number 60000157028) indicates that I've been awarded $2,132,561.00 with a "cash release 2012 district 12 disbursement 07" stamped on the letter. I am to ensure that the document that needs my signature for initiation of application along with a $20 service fee be returned by Sept 3, 2012. I am assured that once Franklin Bell receives the Documents Shipment Release form and the $20 check (POLICY #Z451-28), all documents will be forward to me.
This is the 3rd scam letter that I've received and reported in the last 10 days.
