In the beginning, I thought this was okay. I mailed Nathan Chadwick, Medium and Seer a check #115 dated 7-2-2012. The check cleared my bank account on 7-22-2012.I received a notice from this Nathan Chadwick demanding payment of $29.29. He states the collection agency has agreed to wait 12 days only from the day I received this Final Notics as a grace period before prosecuting my account to the full extent of the law. If you pay your amount due of $29.29 withing 12 days in full, you can stop this process. If you fail to
pay, your non-payment will definitely affect your credit history and further fees of at least $41.48 will be assessed. This guy is a crook, and needs to be put in jail for a long time. If I have to, I will get an attorney. Even though I really cannot afford it. Living on SS is not the best thing.
