THEY HAVE U HOLD FOREVER AND THEN HANG UP ON YA. ALSO THEY TOOK FUNDS OF $14.95 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE N NOW THEY WANNA TAKE THERE TIME REFUNDING IT. THE WWW.NHUVHELP.COM OR WWW.MHUVHELP.COM THAT THEY GIVE SO U CAN TALK TO A LIVE AGENT ON THE INTERNET INSTEAD OF BEING STUCK ON HOLD WAITING FOR A REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE IS A BIG JOKE! I COULDN'T FIND IT. WELL I'M CURTAINLY ON HOLD FOR THE SEVENTH TIME, THE OTHER SIX TIMES I WAS ON HOLD FOR ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES AND THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I WAS NEXT IN LINE.
