Complaint 1466 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I was at work downloading paper work from another company, when regwork popped up and said that I would have to register with this company in order to download anything. Not understanding this at all, I agreed to purchase. I thought this would be the only way of retrieveing my work. I donot do video games or music, if this is what it is about. I was charged twice for $39.95 ref# 59660688 and ref#59660638. Then I was charged $9.95 ref # 59660658. Also charged $59.95 ref # 37210116. I have no idea what these charges are. since I'am computer illiterate.Please help with this matter. I will appreicate your help.
