i recieved an email for a 5000 dollar personal loan. they faxed me a contract, which looked over signed and faxed back. i was to put up 900 dollars to secure an insurance policy in case i defaulted and didnt pay back the 5000 plus the 8% interest. i western unioned the 900 to spain at the cost of $68. which was suppose to be deposited in my acct with the 5000 the next day. no money and i got a call saying they would need more money? that is when i requested a refund which they were to deposit in my acct on the 15 of aug 2011. no money and there phone is no longer in service
