I reside in Australia and I was also taken by the flashing WIN on my screen! I logged on and went through the process of being passed onto 3 different sales people and although there was a language barrier, they did not understand my accent, it still did not stop them from taking my money. The reason I took this offer was because my husband and I were planning to come for a holiday to the USA and then onto Cuba.
Today being 8/12/2012, we started to plan our trip, so I logged onto the website and tried to follow the prompts, but much to my surprise I could not get into the site to book my accommodation!!! So I rang the Australian 24 hour 'hotline" and listened to an 8 minute recording, no answer, so I called the USA number and got the same a recording and no answer.
I then logged onto the reviews and found that this is all a scam. I did not know that this was a Timeshare Sell, or that it possibly could be a scam!
Funny we are in a Timeshare so I would not be purchasing another one. AND
Although this has been a while since I purchased this "holiday", I am still going to report it and it will also be reported to the Timeshare Body so that unsuspecting victims can at least have a insight to the sorts of scams that are out there.
Thanks to all that have taken the time to post your complaints about this company and warn us, albeit too late for me.
