I purchased 1334.77 dollars of outdoor furniture on May 14th from Target online store. Shortly after the product was delivered it began to disintegrate. I received authorization from Target to return the item fully expecting them to credit my Paypal account or send me a refund. Much to my surprise and dismay, they have offered only a gift card or E card to be spent at Target. This is quite unacceptable since I paid cash via Paypal and have no interest in buying another defective product. Of course Paypal will do nothing and Target says it is their policy. So for those that want to use Paypal for these type purchases...DON'T. I will not shop at Target in the future.
