I placed an order for one skein of yarn and received an order confirmation in my email. I received no further information but when I looked up my order on their website, it said it was shipped on 7/25/2012 and listed a USPS tracking number. However when I 'tracked' that number it linked to a UPS website with the disclaimer 'no information'. When I tracked it on the USPS website I got the same result. I sent an email to customer service on Saturday August 4th, received an automatice reply that sent me back to the website for 'shipping information'. After waiting a few days for a response, I disputed the charge on my credit card and received an immediate credit. The status of my order has still not changed although there are now two links to the product I bought as if to indictate that it had been shipped twice. I still have no email response or product.
