Complaint 143991 Details Scan your bills for fraud

On 7/31/2012 a check showed up on my bank account. One that i did'nt write or athourise made out to Utell Inc. There was a phone number at the bottom in the memo blank. I called it and after being put on hold for almost 30 min.somebody picked up.I told them what i had been charged for and that i did'nt sign up for it and wanted my money back.They said it would take about 7 days.to get my money back.But it has been 7 days and still no money back.Where do these people get off taking money from people like this.

- I called the company again on 8/8/12,said i had already called on 7/31/12.Then i was told the second time i called that i would get my money back in four days and low and behold i got my money back.I,m crossing my fingers that they do not try and hit my account again.
