In June, I ordered, from GetItFree.com, some men's cologne. Last month, I saw a charge of 95.00 to my bank. I got busy and forgot about it. Today, I noticed a charge of $49.99. I Googled "fondscentcom" and came across this site. I also found their phone number, thanks to another member who posted their phone number. I called that "customer service" number and was told I didn't cancel a subscription within 14 days, leading to the $95.00 charge. I, again, didn't cancel my subscription within 30 days, leading to the $49.99 charge. I told "Chris," the representative, that I will get refunded money, he said I have to email the billing department. I told him I want a phone number to talk to a real person, not an email address. I also stated that if I did not get a real person or a phone number, I will be calling the fraud department. I was put on hold. He came back saying he spoke with the supervisor in the billing department and I will be refunded a maximum of $70.00 (better than nothing). He said the $70.00 will be put back into my account within 2-5 business days.
