i bought his power 4 patriots for $29.99 ,money back guarantee, now i can't reach him by phone nor email .his site coms up but no where to leave a complant or email .
i want my money back.i only got 1 cd.so for was suppose to get
solar power pack 6 cds
4 wind power&solar hot water guide &solar heating guide for $27.99+tax.what can i do?

- HELLO MY HUSBAND ORDERED THE 6 SOLAR PANELS AND NEVER RECIEVED NOTHING FROM U, TIM E BROWN 1110 MICKEY ST PAHRUMP,NV. 89048 AND U TOOK R MONEY IN SEPT. AND YOUR WITH THE BBB ALSO SO WHATS GOING ON , WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK PLEASE.. MRS. BROWN OR I WILL CONTACT THE BBB AND THE SHERIFFS DEPT, PUT OUR MONEY ON MY HUSBANDS CARD VISA WELLS FARGO ASAP.. THANK YOU .....
