I made an online purchase for Back to Basics Hairspray on 11/8/11. After not receiving the order by 12/6/11 I emailed the company and never received any reply. I never received the order and my credit card was never chanrged but that doesn't mean it won't be. Makes me uneasy having my credit card number with this company and never having received any product. Can anything be done about this???
