No.1 I tried calling the outlet.com.sg however it's either engage or no one picking it up.
No.2 No reply for emailed sent.
No.3 I make purchases Ice-Maker for a birthday gift however I dunno how to get my ice-cream maker.
Shall we all make a police report or report this to CASE??

Though it's little money however it means alot to me as that is a gift to someone. I am so disappointed.
