I found this site while searching for the best price on an article of women's clothing by Columbia sportswear. Received a disposable shower cap in the mail within a week or so. Allowed more time, then filed an inquiry with Paypal. They said the merchant says they shipped the goods, and provided USPS tracking; case closed. I finally found the suspicious shower cap package, which matches the number, but can't figure out how to contact Paypal about it via the means provided on their website, as the transaction is no longer active.
