i applied for a payday loan and got a phone call saying that i was approved for the loan and i had to sign up for this premier membership club but could cancel within 30 days and not be charged. i went to the web site they told me to go to so that i could verify the bank info so they could deposit the loan. it was a page of just names of stores on it. i had asked for a callback number when i was on the phone or if they would talk me through it while still on the phone both requests were declined. i have no way of getting ahold of these people. and they were not supposed to sign me up for this pmc until the loan was deposited!!! i never got the loan so this never should have came out of my account. i am disabled and live on a very tight budget now it is time to buy school cloths and supplies and most of my social security disability check has bounced away. this company needs to be held accountable and i want them to pay all my bounce fees as well.
