My complaint is against the manager Theresa. i do not know he lastname. Any how her shop is located in Orange Park right past kingsley Ave. Anyway, I had an appointment at 10:30am to put some amber bronze dye with red tips on the end. At 10:30 she put the dy in my hair. In the meantime she was doing customre by customer and finaly around 12:00 she rinsded out the dye which she lso applied to my eyebrows. She said it had to sit longer for it to take and that was her reasoning for needing an excuse to take 3 cusomers while I waited. When she rinsed my hair it was pur red all over.I was very unhappy and she said she would be right with me. An hour later I still sat there and waited and waited until 2:30 and just took of my black jacket and by that time my hair was dry I went down the street to Panace in tears which you can call and verify. They cut my hair and straignted it up as much as they could. I went back down to Theesa's shop Opalaque and told her how unprofessional a manager could let a customer sit in a chair for four hours while doing up to 4 customers. Well nothin got settled and I went home. By the time I got home I received a phone call rom the police dept. saying I owed her 50.oo for the dye whethe or not I liked it. I wanted to drive back up there but the officer said i couldn't. I have a morphine pump in my stomache due to cancer but I drive without interfering all the time. I told him that and he insisted if i come up there he would talk to the state attorneys office and have her press charges for me walkingout of the salon.I just wanted o show him the damage she did to my hair. Well after all and said I had to pay for the $50.oo for dye I hate and I have referred he to a few people and I ill never go in thee again.I wish it could get posted on the internet somehow of how unporfessional she is.I am trying to let it go byt people wo take advantage of customers just make me crazy. I was in the retail for 25 years before I got cancer and never had a complaint in my life.Please if there is anything I can do let me know to get my money back. Thank you.
