I ordered the trial product and was billed for the full price of the product before the end of the trial period. The serum irritated my skin so I emailed the company to cancel the autorefil.
I received an email telling me that I could not cancel by email and that I had to call customer services. Customer services consists of a recorded message 24 hours daily, regardless of the promise of actual representatives at certain times.
Despite leaving several messages, I am still being billed monthly. On top of that I have not received the second and third bottle that I have been billed for.
If anyone has another number to call for this company, I would really appreciate it
