Took out Sky service cover from MBK in Jun-11. When reporting an issue (several telephone calls in Jun-12), service was never provided and on 3-Jul-12 MBK agreed to cancel the contract and refund the £99 fee. More phone calls with empty promises of cheque being sent in the post then followed. Subsequently I have been unable to contact MBK (no one picked up the phone) and contacted them via letter dated 27-Jul-12, requesting payment.
I believe this may be a fraudulent company who sells cover, takes in the money, but does not provide the service. The owner of the firm has had several firms dissolved and one in liquidation ( http://company-director-check.co.uk/director/915187011 ); this should be investigated.
