I have been getting emails from this Terence Mcculley Nigerian Ambassador. He claims that I have 5 million dollars in sitting in the CBN. He was making me pay a fee to someone in order to get it. Now there is a fee associated with converting the Nigerian currency into US dollar. This fee is $869, which the CBN governor agreed to pay half. It seems like he is going to keep adding fees on to this. It will make receiving the so called earnings hard.
