We puchased a pool and the interest rate was never disclosed until closing of pool. We could not cancel because of the first contact we sighned. If we cancelled we had tp pay a percentage of the price of the pool

- The contract all customers sign is a cash contract not subject to financing. There is a multitude of areas where the interest rate is clearly disclosed should the customer wish Blue World Pools, Inc. to provide financing. Moreover Blue World Pools, Inc. reviews the financing with the customer prior to bringing out the pool.
