I called to order Who Knew Books over the phone. They took my credit card information first. After declining numberous offers electronically, I was forwarded to a live person who tried to give me a free cruise. Not trusting that it was truly free, I eventually hung up.
My card was charged double price for the $29.99 book and I also was charged 2 different charges against my card for 2 magazines for $24.95/ each. Putting the theft from my bank account at $79.89 so far from this company, plus my time to recover these damages...
