I was sent information about a part time job on line receiving rent payments from the company to be forwarded onto another party. I received a check from a so called company named Boeing Management Co in Los Angeles, Ca and was to cash the ck and send the amount of the check to a person in the Philippines. I did so and now I am learning that this was all a scam. The company in Los Angeles does not exist. I am out the amount of the check. I am pissed because I should have known better. NuWorld Realty and Michael Potter are SCAMS. Don't be foolish like I was. :-(

- Hello Dave, I am from Nu World Realty in Miami, Florida. I have received numerous phone calls from people telling me they are receiving emails from a company calling themselves Nu World Rentals offering this opportunity collecting rent checks. Those people that searched our company on Google were able to see the RED WARNING TEXT on the website warning people that we have no affiliation with this company or ANY OTHER COMPANY offering a job opportunity. Those people that made the effort to verify the information by googling us and/or calling us quickly found out it was a scam and were not taken advantage of. I am sorry to hear of your experience but you should seriously consider verifying information before you post such a negative report about a company that WAS NOT INVOLVED in your experience. Furthermore, to clear this matter up for anyone else receiving these emails -IT IS ILLEGAL in the state of Florida for anyone else but the brokerage to collect rental deposits on rental transactions on behalf of the brokerage. This is a statement that I make clear to anyone who contacts us asking about this email they are receiving. So to anyone else reading this posting: NU WORLD REALTY, INC. in Miami, Florida is NOT AND HAS NEVER OFFERED ANY JOB OPPORTUNITIES COLLECTING RENT CHECKS EVER! IF YOU RECEIVE SUCH AN EMAIL CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES IMMEDIATELY and hopefully they will be able to follow through and catch these sad individuals. I hope this posting helps to clear up any confusion as to what entity actually took advantage of you Dave and prevent anyone else for falling for this sad Scam!
