I recieved a phone call from Mellisa Teausant, East County Rentals in Vancouver Washington. She stated that she has clients that need their homes cleaned and she asked if my company could clean a home for her at 4721 NW 129th street Vancouver Washington 98685.
We Cleaned the home on July 18th 2011. I sent her the invoice through email. She said the check would be mailed to me and i would recieve it on Friday July 22nd 2011, then she changed her story and said that the check would have to come to her so she could cash the check before disburse funds to my company and to her maintance man. Then when i called her two weeks later, which would of been around August 4th 2011, she said i have a finacial problem and that the customer would pay me on the stated invoice, so I went along with that. On August 22nd 2011 I emailed her asking where the check was, she said she is no longer working in Clark County and that she would let me know when the homeowner pays. I believe I have been scammed.
