I placed an order for the "e-cigarette free trial offer" where all you had to do was pay for shipping and handling. The money was taken out of my account and I immediatly started a conversation with customer service because I wanted to make sure the order went thru as it was a visa gift card. I got an order number, and a confirmation number. I kept the e-mail. Later when my product did not arrive I was told that they could not find any record of my order. I gave them both numbers that I received and finally called customer service and spoke to a man with a heavy accent who was polite. I looked up the charge on the card and he denied that they were Bright Safe Cigs which is the company that took the money from my account. The companies are one and the same!! I sense I didn't get the product because I charged it to a refillable card so that they couldn't keep taking money out.
