Complaint 141065 Details Scan your bills for fraud

Noticed a strange charge in my checking account for $29.95. Looked at the picture o the check provided by my bank, an it wasn't a check at all, but something that looked like a check, had my bank info on the bottom and said charge to me. I had never authorized this charge. I called the number on the check, and either the woman on the other end was clueless, was pretending to be clueless, or was trying to scam me further. I've closed my bank account, and the bank is trying to get the money back.
