I was told by my bank to check out some negative information on the site. I entered the site and it required me to acquire a membership, which if you cancel in the first week, you would get your money back. I called back in two days and canceled the membership, but the company would not refund my $29.95. Indicating that I misinterpreted the information, and that it said there was a one time fee of $29.95
