I called and got the worst automated ordering system there is. I ordered one wallet and was told a second one was free. They never asked for a shipping address nor a billing address. They sent 10 to my mother under her address and never sent my order for one + one free to my address but charged my C/C $100.87. They took the address from my parents phone becaused I used their phone. ( MY MOTHER'S NAME IS NOT ON THE PHONE BILL!!!!!!!) SO WHERE DID THEY GET HER NAME? I called and was told they would refund my entire order. I have names and ID numbers from the calls, which took 3 hours. I was also given a fax number to send them the return shipping bill. I only received the purchase price refund, never the s/h nor return s/h. I called back and was told once again I would receive the shipping but no one could tell me about the return s/h. I got a supervisor and she told me i would not get my full shipping but instead $33.94 out of 45.92( yea $46 for shipping). I then asked for corporate and her suppervisor and she gave me
(973)227-8777. I CALLED IT. I waited on hold for 12 min but someone picked up and after being hung up by on this woman THERESA I called back again and got her again( WHAT ARE THE CHANCES?). After arguing with her for another half hour I actually got her to refund everything. When I see the refunds on my CC bill I will let you all know. And if I get the check for 12.57 for return S/H I will let you know. It may take about three hours or more and 2 supervisors later but you can get them to refund it. Threaten to call your CC company for a dispute and mention the class action suite against them and that you will be part of it.
