i placed an order for gold with this company and after a few days, i logged on to the chat service and was told that it would be a few more days. after about another week, i contacted them again, this time to be told that they were out on my server, and that my server is hard to farm. i kept trying to contact them again, and kept getting the same reply. i sent a complaint to the company asking for a refund, but got no response. it has now been 5 months and still no refund or gold.
