International boundaries

Contrary to BrainHost.com 99% uptime guarantee, I keep seeing few of my sites going down either due to database issue or permission issue. I have seen the sites going down at least 10 times in this month. Not sure how many times it could have been when I was asleep or not online. Also, the CPanel password reset feature is not working and even after complaining, the only resolution is just to provide a new password to the support team. This is not acceptable (due to company policy) and I would like the problem to be fixed rather than a workaround.

  • Hello Steve, I apologize for the issues you have been having. We can have your cPanel password reset without you having to use the reset link. As far as the database and permission errors you are experiencing, I cannot say what the issue is as I have not seen the exact error message, however, we can look into this and get this resolved.
