I have been using the same pharmacy for the past 20+ years.Never experenced anything but caring, cosiderate, helpful employees Aprox. 3 months ago An employee by the name of RENEE started calling my home and demanding $4. or she was not going to fill my Heart Medication She continued to call my home & not only was she demanding and rude to me but also to my landlord about the $4.00 I owed. I live in the neighbouring town of Crofton and have no car, that is why I had delivery. I sent my daughter in last month to pick up my pills, she was told RENEE cancelled them due to the $4. debt.I had to make immediate arrageements to go retrive them. I received my Blister pack from the actting pharmasist. She apologized Charged me $1.25. I went away under the understanding all was good! I go in July 26 to pick up my pills. I was informed by RENEE she did not put my blister packs togeather. She told me she was not going to make my pills. We had a loud disagreement, about me needing my pills. She flatly told me I was not welcome back there. Why over $4. I asked RENEE who was in charge and she poined to a woman standing right beside her. LINDA (So called manager) I asked Linda what she thought and she told me she was: not listening? I throw up my hands, told them both without my pills I would end up in the hospital. IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE? I left having an axiaitiy attack..(had to take a adivn to ettle myself down) . The amount of stress that i have exoerenced the last few months from your employee RENEE is unacceptble. Is it common to with hold medication due to a personality conflict?
