My wife opened her Yahoo email account and received an email from my Yahoo email account that I did not send to her. In her email we noticed seven other email addresses tagged in this email as a group message. The other seven addresses are not randomized, but from my contacts list. The email was composed of an advertisement concerning HCG Ultra Diet Drops.

Again, my wife opened her Yahoo email account to find the same email sent using my Yahoo account. However, in this instance the email was individually sent to her address only. After checking my sent email there is no record I completed this action or the one on the 27th.
Without receiving my consent, this is an illegal and unathorized access of privacy. One individual or multiple people working together or separately are at fault for posing to be an identity they are not to abuse personal connections for either one of these reasons, a combination of, or the entirety:
-illegally marketing HCG Ultra products
-attempting to ruin my reputation
-attempting to ruin HCG Ultra's reputation
-accessing and tampering with personal accounts without reason
