American Health Options scammed me out of $44.95. I have attempted on numerous occasions by phone and through their "website" to obtain a cancellation on the so-called Aetna Dental Access plan but to no avail. I was told they had no record of the debit.
I cancelled my debit card and am notifying the bank to rectify the situation. Citizens Bank isn't the most cooperative however in scam resolution.
