I was checking my statement in May 2012 when I realised unusual amounts of money were being debited since February 2012 for gels and creams which I never ordered. A total amount of £547.71 was taken from my account without my knowledge and authorisation as I've never handed over my credit card details for a trial offer.I couldn't believe this was happening to me.I was shocked and angry that people can do such things. I hope that we can get our money back please.
Update: 07/27/2012
I contacted and informed my bank as soon as I found out about the transactions.I contacted the company as well to ask for a refund which they declined but said they would cancel my order.
