I tried to use archives.com for a free trial and couldn't figure out how to cancel. I used the website for one hour or less total. What I was looking for wasn't even on the site. I had to enter a ton of info that I didn't have. The initial site didn't require me to enter a ton of information like complete names and so forth. I emailed to try to get a refund w/ nothing but some mean guy telling me I could use the site for the whole year.

I don't want to use the site at all! I want my money back!

  • I have seen others who have complained of this same thing and did receive a refund because the initial site was misleading to them OR the site didn't provide what they were looking for. I would like equal treatment!
