Looks like I'm not the only one. Tony Erickson called me in February 2012 about the timeshare I was trying to sell. He told me there was a buyer and if I was interested he would have Phil Cooper call me and discuss the details. Well after $734 and 6 months later I realize this was nothing more than a scam. After the closing kept changing after many excuses he actually offered to refund my money. He said he would try to get another closing company this week and that it shouldn't take but a few more days. I said I'd give it one more week and then on Tuesday, July 24 I decided to call and get my money back. Well, no phone and no web site. I don't know how people like this can actually sleep at night knowing that they are nothing but a bunch of crooks. They will be caught and I hope the rot in hell.
